What this website collects about you: nothing it can avoid.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no scripts, and requests nothing from any other company's servers. Its fonts are served from the same place as the page. Nothing about your visit is recorded by the website itself, so there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Your language choice

The one exception is the language preference. When you click EN or RO, the server remembers the choice in a cookie named lang, which holds one of those two words and no identifier, so it does not send you back to the other language on your next visit. It is a preference you set yourself with a click; without it, the site picks the language your browser asks for.

Hosting

The website is static files served from our own server, which we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details in order to send you the page. It writes each request (the time, the page asked for, the page you came from, your IP address and browser details) to an operational log on the same server. We use that log only to keep the site running and secure, and it is kept only until it reaches a fixed size, when the oldest entries are deleted. The server also sends technical measurements (processor, memory and disk use, error counts) and the product's own service logs to Grafana Labs, in the European Union, so that we are alerted when something breaks. The website's request log, which holds your IP address, never leaves our server. Hetzner's own handling of data is described in its privacy policy at hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy. Who is responsible, and your rights

The data controller for this website is Izvod. The website itself holds nothing about you. Should you ever send us anything, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and we will do so. If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

The product is a different matter

This page covers the marketing website only. When Izvod runs on a customer's own website, that customer is the controller of their visitors' conversations, and their privacy policy applies; Izvod keeps each customer's data isolated in its own tenant.
